I have known Laina for many years so I was happy to hear when she launched her life coach career and organizing yoga/wellness retreats. There is no doubt this is what she was meant to do. I had the opportunity to attend the Yoga retreat to Puerto Rico in 2018. I wanted to disconnect, experience someplace new and have the planning be easy. The solution was this retreat. It was full of yoga, mediation, delicious food, excursions, and plenty of relaxation. Puerto Rico exceeded my expectations and it is a place I will never forget. Anyone who knows Laina knows what a caring and thoughtful person she is so it was no surprise to me the level of attention and care she put into this retreat. Beginning with a personal conversation with each person attending the retreat to including time volunteering at a local Boys and Girls Club - and everything in between! I can’t wait for my next retreat!
