6 Day Spiritual Psychology Training & Retreat

“Living A Soul Centered Life”

Todos Santos, Mexico | November 1st-8th, 2025

Are you ready to transform the way you relate to yourself and others?

This experiential training program at Yandara’s beautiful beachfront campus in Todos Santos, Mexico is back for the 3rd time! This course is carefully curated to guide you in navigating the realms of human consciousness—physical, mental, emotional, subconscious, and soul. Throughout the course, you will practice living from higher consciousness through the imaginative lens of the soul.

By practicing a soul-centered way of being, you’ll have the opportunity to live more from your true essence—which is love. During the course, we will work with and embody spiritual qualities and virtues such as Compassion, Acceptance, Trust, Surrender, Abundance, Gratitude, Loving Kindness, and Joy.

You’ll explore new, more uplifting and compassionate ways of relating to yourself and others. True transformation is an inside-out journey. We’ll be teaching core principles and practices from both spirituality and psychology—which, at their heart, are the study of consciousness beyond the mind and into the heart and soul.

This program is held in a nurturing and loving environment, designed to support you in transforming your relationship with yourself and those around you. Upon completion, you’ll leave with a rich array of tools and perspectives across themes such as co-creation, non-duality, transcending the ego, self-forgiveness, guided visual meditations, intention-setting, and more.

The work will include lessons, breakout processes, journaling, and fun activities. There will also be time for rest, reflection, and integration.

What are the benefits of taking this course?

In these times of global and personal transformation, many are seeking to rise in consciousness and are asking questions such as:

  • “Who am I?”

  • “How can I live a more meaningful life?”

  • “How can I quiet my mind and reduce worry and overthinking?”

  • “How can I experience more peace and harmony in my daily life?”

The answers to these questions are within—and can be heard when we slow down and practice soul consciousness. Yet it’s not always easy to rise above the ego and unconscious patterns alone. This program is designed to support you in doing just that—nurturing your growth from the inside out, guided by the wisdom of your soul.

Who is this program for?

This program is open to all. If you have a pulse, you have a purpose—and you’re here to grow and shine. Whether you're on a personal spiritual journey or already serving as a coach, healer, or guide, this program can offer powerful tools to support both your inner work and the work you do in the world.

Testimonials:

I had such an amazing experience with Laina and the wonderful women in this module at Yandara.  I have gained a wealth of understanding in not only myself, but with how to use the tools we were given to help others.  I left a better person than I arrived, and have cultivated friendships that will last a lifetime!  Yandara is magical, and will be a place I come back to again and again. I love you to the moon and back!

The first time I met Laina at another retreat, I was at the lowest point in my adult life. Her retreat was a lifeline back. It helped me believe that I had everything I needed inside of me. This Spiritual Training program in Mexico really anchored that for me. Mostly, that I am worthy. I am abundant. Laina, you will forever be my teacher, touchstone and trusted friend. I see you. You are a blessing and I am so grateful to the universe for helping us connect.
