Writing An Ideal Scene

An Ideal Scene is an assignment designed to creatively express all that you desire and intend to create in your life. Ideal Scenes work on the premise that your beliefs, thoughts and energy dictate your reality. The Universe provides for us in alignment with authentic intentions. The Universe hears and responds to your energy and vibration, more than your words. Therefore, feel into what you desire for the best outcome. Over time, as you stay on the path of your intentions, you will notice what unfolds and manifests into reality. 

Guidelines:

1. Choose an area of your life where you desire expansion and growth. Ex: Career, Relationship, Financial Prosperity, etc. Then, write affirmation sentences using only positive words in the ideal scenario for all that you desire. The Universe doesn’t hear the word “No” or any variation of no. 

2. All affirmations start with the words:  “I AM…..”Intentions are not To-Do Lists. Keep them intention driven rather than action, tangible driven. Write as if your intentions are currently in action. 

3. Be specific and clear: The Universe/Spirit God responds to your words and desire. Ex: If you want a relationship, what kind? Is it romantic? Is he/she kind, open, loving? What are the “qualities” you are seeking? If you aren’t clear, you may get less than what you ask for.

4. Go big with your intentions! Make them 50% believable, meaning… if it seems out of reach, go for it anyway!  

5. Write or type Ideal Scenes and post them where you can see them - bathroom, bedroom, in your cell phone notes section, etc. Read them weekly. 

6. All Ideal Scenes end with the phrase: THIS OR SOMETHING BETTER FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL CONCERNED.

7. At Year End: Review your Ideal Scenes, celebrate what manifested, accept what hasn’t, learn from challenges and setbacks. Set new Intentions. Keep Growing!
