General Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Deposit is non-refundable.
Prior to 90 days of retreat commencement, payments will be refunded @ 100%.
Between 30 and 90 days of retreat commencement, if we are able to fill your spot with another guest, we will refund the total payments paid to date. If we are not able to fill your spot with another guest, then payments are refundable at 50%.
Within 30 days of retreat commencement, no refunds will be given unless we are able to fill your spot. In this case, we will refund all payments.
You may transfer your reservation to another guest, and all payments and deposits will be refunded, minus a $200 processing fee.
Travel Insurance: Due to unforeseeable air travel disruptions, we strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. We recommend: www.allianztravelinsurance.com https://www.worldnomads.com/ and https://safetywing.com/
**No refunds or partial credits for those who do not complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats, in which case all deposits & payments will be refunded.
